WSS Shoes Opens 6th Location in Houston Metro

(Houston, TX) Shawn Ackerman, President and Managing Member of Henry S. Miller Brokerage in Houston, TX, and Jason Du, Assistant V.P., represented WSS Shoes in lease negotiations for a 11,000 square-foot store at 2214 Spencer Highway in Pasadena, TX. The store opened in July 2020 and is the shoe retailer’s sixth location in the Houston area. The landlord is MRBL Investments, Inc.
WSS Shoes is a national retail chain of shoe stores with headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.
