Willoughby Park Apartments Sell in Dallas

DALLAS – – Henry S. Miller Company’s Jonathan Krebbs and Lane Kommer of the Investments/Land Division recently brokered the sale of the Willoughby Park Apartments in Dallas, Texas.  This 148 unit complex sits at 8328 Willoughby Boulevard on approximately 8.52 acres.  Monticello Asset Management purchased the property from Willoughby 8328 LLC and plans to make many upgrades to the property.
