Webb represents Prometheus Academy in lease of new headquarters

RICHARDSON – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Craig Webb, Senior Vice President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Corporate Services Division, recently represented Prometheus Academy, in the lease of an approximately 2,917 square foot office space. Located in Richardson, Texas, this office building sits at 1100 East Campbell Road, between Highway 75 and North Plano Road. This will be the new headquarters for The Prometheus Academy, which is moving from a smaller space at 9535 Forest Lane. The Prometheus Academy is an educational place for home schooling families that offers “classes to complement the family’s teaching adventure at home.”  The new office will open mid-July of 2014.  Kendall Cramer and Jeff Schweitzer of Stream Realty represented the landlord, Grackles Galore, Inc, in the transaction.
