WaterCentric Leases 5,000 SF in Carrollton

CARROLLTON – – Fred Dumlao, of the Henry S. Miller Brokerage Industrial Division, recently closed of an approximately 5,000 square foot industrial office in Carrollton, Texas.  WaterCentric leased the property, located at 4720 Dozier Road, Suite C, from Larry Osterman.  WaterCentric provides long-term water strategies, water rights permitting and alternative source implementation to meet the municipal, agricultural and commercial development client’s water demand.  Dumlao represented the landlord.
