
Vernon and Lockovich complete lease for Toasted Yolk Café’s Flagship Location in Spring, TX
Spring, TX – Henry S. Miller’s Paul W. Vernon and Sean Lockovich have completed the lease for the flagship location of The Toasted Yolk Café in Spring, TX. The Toasted Yolk Café will open their newest location, a 5,600 square foot restaurant with a patio in the Spring of 2017 at the Grand Parkway Marketplace located at Grand Parkway & Kuykendahl Road. This is the third corporate location for The Toasted Yolk Café.
Established in the Houston, Texas area in 2010, The Toasted Yolk Cafe is a unique breakfast and lunch experience. Unlike many breakfast restaurants, offering lunch as an afterthought, they put an equal emphasis on both meals. One unique thing about Toasted Yolk Café is that they offer beer and wine. Additionally, they pride themselves on made-from-scratch recipes with fresh ingredients. All Toasted Yolk restaurants close at 3 pm giving the franchisee the opportunity for work/life balance. The Toasted Yolk Café is currently offering franchises throughout the state of Texas.
