Turano completes more than 100,000 sf in office transactions
TEXAS – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Jim Turano, Executive Vice President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office/Industrial Division, recently closed over 100,000 square feet in office transactions in Texas; Burleson, Dallas and Farmers Branch. Turano specializes in office and medical office commercial real estate throughout the North Texas region and offers his clients a unique understanding of these particular transactions.
In Burleson, Turano represented buyer, TNA Realty, LP, in the acquisition of approximately 1.12 acres at the corner of FM 174 and FM 731. Known as Reed Park, this property holds a ±9,800 square foot medical office building. Approximately 6,000 square feet of the medical office complex will be occupied by a dialysis unit and the rest is available for lease. The property was purchased from EGBF Land Holdings, LTD, who was represented by Ted St. Clare of CASE Commercial.
In Farmers Branch, Turano, along with Henry S. Miller Associate Niels Brown, represented the seller, Ardinger Properties, LLC, in the disposition of a ±64,000 square foot office building located at 2100 Valley View. The recently renovated, four-story office building was purchased by 2100 Ricchi, LLC, who was represented by Lew Wood and Andrew Doster of Henry S. Miller.
In his most recent transaction, Turano represented Bloom Strategic Consulting, INC in the lease of their new headquarters at One Energy Square in Dallas, Texas. Located at 4925 Greenville, the ±5,769 square foot office space is located within One Energy Square’s ±278,012 square foot office building and will be used for a research and strategy institute. The landlord, LOCH Energy Square, L.P., was represented by Worthy Wiles of Lincoln Property Company.
