Turano Closes 3 Deals in North Texas

TEXAS – – Jim Turano, Executive Vice President of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Office Division, recently closed approximately 19,000 square feet in deals in North Texas.
Turano recently represented the landlord of Arlington Medical Plaza in Arlington, Texas in the lease of an approximately 5,738 square foot site.  KRK Research Group leased the space at 801 Road to Six Flags just south of I-30.  KRK is expanding into this space after previously being in a ±2,040 square foot space.  KRK Research Group was represented by John Pelitier and Dave Cochran of E. Smith Realty.

Turano represented the tenant in the lease of an approximately 4,453 square foot site at Dallas’ Red Bird Office Park.  Liberty At Home Dialysis leased the space, located at 5565 Red Bird, from 5565 Red Bird L.P.  The site, in south west Dallas, will be used to store and stage in home, dialysis equipment.  Andrew Gilbert of Holt Lunsford represented the landlord in the transaction.

Turano also represented GDC Partners in the lease of an approximately 8,790 square foot medical clinic in Grandbury.  Located at the Avalon Town Center, the space was leased from WREE Avalon, LLC.  Kornel Romada of NAI Robert Lynn represented the landlord in the transaction.
