Turano Closes ±7,400 SF Lease

CARROLLTON – – Jim Turano, of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Office Division has recently closed on a lease for CR Assembly in Carrollton.  CR Assembly leased approximately 7,402 square feet of a 30,240 square foot multi-tenant building with 100% AC and dock high loading from 3220 Commander, Inc. This light assembly office/warehouse is located on the west side of Addison Airport off of Midway Road at 3220 Commander Road.
