Tsai arranges the addition of 3 new tenants at Nice Mesquite Shopping Center

MESQUITE, TEXAS – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Max Tsai, Vice President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Investments/Land Division, recently completed three new leases totaling approximately 9,500 square feet at Nice Mesquite Shopping Center at 2620 Gus Thomasson Road.  On behalf of Nice Properties, Ltd., Tsai negotiated and completed the three leases bringing in a variety of new tenants to the Mesquite shopping center.
The largest of the leases, Osteocare Management Inc., now occupies ±6,000 square feet of space in the Northern end-cap of the property. Osteocare is a growing, North Texas chiropractic group that is opening its second location at Nice Mesquite Shopping Center which will also operate as the business’ headquarters.  Riyen Chinese Restaurant opened the doors of its second location at Nice Mesquite Shopping Center last week and is located in the Southern end-cap space. The third lease was arranged for Gullion Properties, LLC, a residential real estate agency. This location with be their second office in the North Texas area.  All new tenants and existing tenants at Nice Mesquite Shopping Center feature excellent visibility and frontage along Gus Thomasson Road.

The Nice Mesquite Shopping Center is a fairly new constructed retail strip fronting Gus Thomasson Road in northwest Mesquite just minutes from Town Center Drive.
