TNA Realty to develop another office/medical complex

BEDFORD – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Jim Turano, Executive Vice President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office/Industrial Division, recently represented TNA Realty, LP in the acquisition of approximately 1.14 acres of land in Bedford, Texas. The site is located north of Highway 183 on Industrial Boulevard and sits less than 10 miles from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport; approximately 15 minutes from Fort Worth and ±30 minutes from Downtown Dallas.
This site was purchased by TNA Realty from Ledyard GC Jr Trustee for the development of an office and medical-office complex.  Construction on the 1.14 acres is projected to this summer for an approximately 6,000 square foot building. Jim Turano represented TNA Realty, LP, while Freddy Vestal of Vestal Investments represented Ledyard GC Jr Trustee.
