Professional Information
Shelton Weeks is Director of Property Management for Henry S. Miller Realty Management, LLC (HSMRM). He has 35 years of experience in property and asset management, marketing, and leasing of super-regional shopping malls, power centers, lifestyle centers, and mixed-use projects including Class A office, industrial, and multi-family. Shelton brings more than a decade of experience in major construction and redevelopment of malls and mixed-use projects.
Professional History
Shelton was most recently a Senior Director, Property Management and Regional Retail Platform leader, Southeast for CBRE. Prior to joining CBRE, he was Regional Vice President of Property Management for Inland Southwest REIT where he was responsible for Inland’s southwestern United States retail properties, totaling in excess of 12 million square feet. Shelton also served as Principal in a mid-sized general contracting/construction firm on the east coast.
Certification, Education and Licensing
Shelton was a member of ICSC Certified Retail Real Estate Professionals inaugural class for certification. In 1992, he was awarded Certified Shopping Center Manager designation, Certified Marketing Director in 2000, and in 2003, he was awarded the Certified Leasing Specialist designation.
Shelton’s formal education is in musical arts, and he performs from time to time in concert on piano and pipe organs around the world. Shelton currently holds Real Estate/Brokerage licenses in the states of Alabama, California, and Texas. He is based in the Dallas, Texas office of Henry S. Miller.
