Professional Information

Mike Bristol is a Senior Vice President in the Investments and Land Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC.  He provides a full range of advisory and brokerage services for investors, lenders and property owners, helping them to capitalize, sell or acquire real estate. Mike is knowledgeable in strategic management of client accounts, investment sales, transaction management, site selection, acquisitions, and tenant representation.

Mike’s commercial real estate experience includes working in all product types including land, retail, apartments, warehouses, office buildings and hotels. He is an expert in representing operating business assets such as convenience stores, hotels and apartments. Mike also specializes in transactions of distressed assets (real estate owned, notes and assets in bankruptcy) and has executed hundreds of these transactions, representing all sides.

Professional History

Prior to joining Henry S. Miller in 2015, Mike worked in business for more than 30 years, including 15 years with the Trammell Crow Company and CBRE. He created and executed the North Texas strategic acquisition plan on behalf of Exxon and represented other companies such as Home Depot, Academy Sports, Baylor Health and Albertsons.

Personal Information

Mike’s family consists of a daughter, a son-in-law, a godson, a goddaughter, and two grandkids. The entire family loves sports & dogs!


Mike graduated from Richardson High School, and today he lives in his old neighborhood. He earned a BBA and a MBA from Southern Methodist University and is an active SMU alumnus. He is co-chairman of the SMU Phi Delta Theta Chapter Advisory Board.
