Jim Turano serves as Executive Vice President of the Industrial Division for Henry S. Miller Brokerage, one of the largest independent full service commercial real estate firms in Texas. Our corporate office is based in Dallas and Regional offices are located in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and El Paso-New Mexico. Established in 1914 by Henry S. Miller Sr., it is one of the most respected companies in Texas with a reputation for service and integrity.
Professional History
Mr. Turano’s thorough understanding of the economic and functional needs of both Landlord and Tenant, and strong people and communication skills, have enabled him to provide the highest level of service to his commercial clients. He has continuously been recognized as one of the Top Producers within the company. Mr. Turano’s previous experience includes two years restaurant and hotel management, three years in computer software sales and five years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps with service in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot.

Mr. Turano began his career in commercial real estate in 1984 specializing in tenant representation, office leasing and commercial property sales. He has worked as the exclusive leasing agent for several major projects including 6688 North Central (Formerly Metropolitan Financial Tower), Stanford Corporate Centre in Dallas, Three Hillcrest Green, NCNB Tower in Plano, and Arlington Medical Plaza. He has represented medical tenants in their acquisitions of additional lease space and site selection for build-to-suit medical office buildings.
