Summer Internship Program
The Program
The Henry S. Miller Company Summer Internship Program is a two (2) session summer program that is held for four (4) weeks each session at our Corporate Office located at:
5151 Belt Line Road, Suite 900
Dallas, TX 75254
An intern may participate in both sessions with a one (1) week break provided in between sessions.
The weekly schedule is 25 hours per week, 6 hours per day from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch.
The program consists of projects mainly focused on the brokerage side of the company which includes the specialty areas of:
- Retail
- Investments/Land
- Office/Industrial
- Corporate Services
Some potential projects may also be submitted through our Appraisal & Consulting and Property Management divisions as well as Accounting.
The intern will work directly with all team members of each division. Many of the projects are related to research utilizing various software programs specific to the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry. You will have the opportunity to attend both internal and external business meetings. Property site visits are also a part of the program.
