Stockyards Retail Center Sells in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH – – Max Tsai and Liam Logan of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Retail Division recently closed on the sale of a retail center near Fort Worth’s Stockyards.  The ±4,976 square foot retail center sits at 2813 North Commerce Street.  The center sits just north of the intersection of 28^th Street and Main Street and is only minutes from the Stockyards Museum and Billy Bob’s Texas.  Henry S. Miller represented the seller, FSCMJ Investment Inc, in this transaction while Akm Azad of Century 21 Commercial represented the buyer, CFG Park Corp.
