(Hudson Oaks, TX) Stephen A. Scott, a Capital Markets Specialist with Henry S. Miller Brokerage, negotiated a $4.44 million construction loan for a 16,500-square-foot shopping center slated for development at 2950 Highway 180 in Hudson Oaks, TX. Mr. Scott represented Joe Gampper and Al Karmali, principals of 2950 HO, LLC, the developer. The lender was Trez Capital, represented by Alec Barry, Senior Vice President, Central and Southern U.S.
The shopping center is 85 percent pre-leased. Tenants include Orange Theory, Nothing Bundt Cakes, R and K Café, Resale Boutique and HO Nail Bar.
