ABOUT THE STEMMONS SERVICE AWARD

Founded in 1976, the Stemmons Service Award is a peer-nominated and peer-voted honor presented to the NTCAR member who best exemplifies the highest professional standards of a commercial real estate broker. This award is conferred on the professional who has earned the respect of their peers and is an active and productive broker who successfully resolves the intricacies of bringing two parties together in a real estate transaction.

This award is named for the Stemmons family in recognition of their outstanding leadership and many contributions to the growth of Dallas, their long-standing dedication to and support of NTCAR.

DAN ARNOLD, SIOR, CCIM
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Before joining the Miller organization in 2000, Mr. Arnold spent 29 years at the Swearingen Company, which he helped establish in 1972. Over the course of his tenure, he led the firm’s Project Leasing Division for 8 years and spearheaded its tenant representation/Corporate Services Division. Mr. Arnold later served as President & COO for a decade.

He also held the position of President & COO at Henry S. Miller Realty Services for 2 years. His dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs and goals, coupled with his adept executive decision-making and negotiation skills, have led to his recognition as the #1 top producer multiple times at both firms.

Mr. Hurmis commenced his real estate journey in 1985 at Grunnah Swanson Real Property Company, which later merged with an affiliate of The Henry S. Miller Company in 1994. Throughout his extensive career spanning decades, Mr. Hurmis has consistently ranked among Miller’s top ten producers. His expertise lies in income properties, land sales, and handling unique lease assignments.

He holds membership in Henry S. Miller’s esteemed Chairman’s Council and played a pivotal role in the acclaimed "Best Land Deals of 2005" in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Notably, he co-brokered the $105 million dollar sale of approximately 700 acres in Las Colinas (Irving, Texas).

Frank Bullock

FRANK N. BULLOCK
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Bullock began his career as an office tenant representation specialist culminating in a corporate relocation/consolation of the Prufrock Restaurant, (Black Eyed Pea) corporate office and Casa Bonita, Taco Bueno restaurants corporate office into one facility in Preston Center.  Subsequently, he represented the Black Eyed Pea and Taco Bueno for 12 years on a national basis, completing 180 transactions.

Frank also represented Chase Bank and Century Bank (later purchased by Wells Fargo) with multiple branch banks in the DFW, as well as Shepler's Westernwear in Texas and Oklahoma resulting in a profitable sale to Boot Barn in 2015.
