St. Clair represents seller in disposition of ±2 acres

FRISCO – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s John St. Clair, Senior Vice President of the Executive Division, recently brokered the sale of approximately 2.2 acres in Frisco, Texas.  The property is located just north of El Dorado Market Place on the southbound service road of the Dallas North Tollway. The ±2.2 acres were purchased from American Bank of Texas by an undisclosed investor who purchased the property as an investment. Citywide Alliance Realty represented the buyer in the transaction.
