St. Clair & Brodeur arrange the disposition of 138 acres in Grayson County

GRAYSON COUNTY – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Grant Brodeur-CCIM, of the Dallas-Fort Worth Investments/Land Division, and John St. Clair, Senior Vice President of Land brokerage, recently brokered the sale of approximately 138 acres in Grayson County, Texas. The property is located in the northeast quadrant of the Preston Road and FM 120 intersection, between the towns of Denison and Pottsboro.  The 138-acre tract was purchased by Grayson 138 from an undisclosed seller. Grayson 138 plans to improve the property, which is in the anticipated future Dallas North Tollway corridor, and hold for future development.
