Spika represents tenant in lease of ±36,000 sf building in Dallas

DALLAS – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s, Dan Spika, SIOR, EVP/Principal of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office/Industrial Division, recently arranged the lease of an approximately 36,092 square foot office, warehouse building in Dallas. The building, located in Prologis Dallas Corporate Center One at 2230 LBJ Freeway, was leased by Procraft Cabinetry from Prologis, who was represented by Mitch Pruitt.
