Spika represents Nerd Kingdom in the lease of their Dallas regional office

LEWISVILLE – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Executive Vice President, Dan Spika, SIOR, of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office/Industrial Division, recently represented gaming-firm, Nerd Kingdom in the sublease of an approximately 5,088 square foot office space in Lewisville.  The office space is located at 1955 Lakeway Drive within Waters Ridge Tech Center, just minutes from Interstate 35E. Nerd Kingdom subleased the space from Future Payment Technologies. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, Waters Ridge Tech Center will serve Nerd Kingdom’s Dallas regional office.
