Spika closes bankruptcy sale of ±9,800 sf office warehouse

DENTON – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Executive Vice President, Dan Spika, SIOR, of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office/Industrial Division, recently completed the disposition of an approximately 9,888 square foot office warehouse in the city of Denton. Purvis Industries, Ltd. purchased the building, located at 900 East Hickory Street, from the bankruptcy estate of Enmon Accessories, LLC.  Purvis Industries, Ltd. specializes in bearing services, industrial automation, conveying systems, and power systems.  Dan Spika represented the bankruptcy trustee while Ashley Purvis of Purvis Realty represented the buyer.
