Spika brokers the sale of ±13.8 ac for residential lot development

LEWISVILLE, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Dan Spika, SIOR, of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office/Industrial Division, recently negotiated the sale of an approximately 13.8–acre tract of land in Lewisville, Denton County.  The sellers, PCAP Properties Co., sold the land to CTMGT Lewisville 14, LLC.  The land is located at the intersection of Civic Circle and Summit Avenue and offers convenient access to Interstate 35.  The buyer has rezoned the property and will begin residential lot development.
