Spika brokers sale of ±6,000 sf building in Plano

PLANO – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Executive Vice President, Dan Spika, SIOR, of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office/Industrial Division, recently completed the disposition of an approximately 6,000 square foot office condo in the city of Plano. Located at 420 Maplelawn Drive, only minutes from President George Bush Turnpike and east of Coit Road, the building was built in 2007 and in shell condition.  A private investor purchased the property from Med Site Developers LTD and it will be used as a music center and general office.
