Solinski Enterprises RE, LP purchases industrial building in Flower Mound

FLOWER MOUND, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Dan Spika, SIOR, of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office/Industrial Division, recently represented the seller in the disposition of their industrial facility in Flower Mound.  The ±25,000 square foot building sits on ±5 acres of land at 1000 Spinks Road.  The seller, Creative Wood Concepts, Inc., sold the facility to Solinski Enterprises RE, LP, who was represented by Todd Weaver of Weaver Commercial real estate.
