Simmons represents tenant in lease of 5,000 sf warehouse

DALLAS – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Jerrod Simmons, of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office/Industrial Division, recently represented his client, Coast to Coast Trade Show Services, Inc., in the lease of an approximately 5,000 square foot warehouse building.  Located at 10730 North Stemmons Freeway, the building is situated within the Manana Office Service Center. Coast to Coast Trade Show Services is a comprehensive general services contractor specializing in the convention and trade show industry, specials events, and corporate meetings.  Coast to Coast is based out of Colorado and 10730 North Stemmons Freeway is their regional office for North Texas.  Hanes Chatham of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, G&I VII Manana LP, in the transaction.
