Shaw Creek Ranch II is a new phase of an existing master planned development consisting of 330 single-family lots in Ferris, Texas. Homebuilders are Endeavor Wall Homes, Inc. and LGI Homes, Inc. Lots will be delivered to the builders in the summer of 2019 and homes will be available for the 2019 fall selling season.
