Self-Storage Facility Grand Opening, Saturday, September 8th, 10am-2pm: A Henry S. Miller Developed Class A Storage Facility

(Garland, TX) –The grand opening of the new storage facility at 1010 Hebron Drive in Garland is scheduled for Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The event will feature tours of the facility, free food and drinks, a raffle drawing and a bounce house for kids.

Henry S. Miller Companies developed the Class-A storage facility under the auspices of HSM Hwy 66 Storage LP. Located at the intersection of Highway 66 and Hebron Drive in Garland, the entire facility encompasses 77,000 RSF in four buildings, two of which are one-story and two of which are two-story. There are 743 units; 651 are climate-controlled interior units, and 92 are non-climate-controlled drive-up units. Other features include state-of-the-art security, controlled access and a manager’s office and an apartment.

CubeSmart, a publicly traded company (NYSE: CUBE) that owns or manages more than 1,000 self-storage properties across North America, will professionally manage the facility.
