Miller Brokerage, represented TK & AS Investments of Garland, TX in the sale of ±16.14 acres at 6322 Baker Boulevard in Haltom City to Birdville ISD. Mark S. Wood of Howe/Wood & Company represented the school district. Plans are to construct an elementary school on the property.
