Darrell Hurmis, Executive Vice President of the Land and Investments Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC, and Chris Storm of Sable Realty brokered the transaction selling Henry S. Miller Highway 66 Storage at 1010 Hebron Drive in Garland, TX to an undisclosed buyer. The sale included the 103,570-square-foot building a 763 self-storage facility on 4.66 acres. CubeSmart manages the facility. HSM Hwy 66 Storage LP bought the land in 2015, developed the facility and has now sold the property.
