(Grapevine, TX) Rebecca Harrell, CCIM, Vice President in the Investments and Land Division for Henry S. Miller Brokerage, represented IVFMD in the lease of 2,546 square feet of office space at 1631 Lancaster Drive, Suite 225, Grapevine, TX, in Clearview II, a medical office building near Baylor Scott & White Medical Center. IVFMD, a North Texas fertility center, also has offices in Las Colinas and Arlington. The Grapevine office is scheduled to open in November 2017.
