(Dallas, TX) Prologis, LP of Dallas purchased a 49,915-square-foot warehouse and 3.83 acres at 2168 West Diplomat Drive in Dallas. The seller was Ngan Brothers, LLC. Dan Spika, SIOR, Executive Vice President and Principal of the Industrial Division for Henry S. Miller Brokerage, negotiated the transaction.
