Paul W. Vernon Represents Villa Grande Mexican Restaurant in Lease at New Gainesville Retail Center

(Gainesville, TX) Paul W. Vernon, Executive Vice President in the Retail Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC, represented Villa Grande Mexican Restaurant in the lease of 3,800 square feet of space in Gainesville, TX. The restaurant will open in October and is Villa Grande’s fifth north Texas location. The others are in Fort Worth, Aubrey, Denton and Haslet. Jim Jamerson and Kenley Minchew at The John T. Evans Company represented the landlord, CR Midway Investment, LP of Irving, TX.

This new location is at 201 North Interstate 35, Suite 190, near the northwest corner of I-35 and West California Street. Edgar and Liliana Suarez opened the first Villa Grande Mexican Restaurant in 2001, serving handcrafted Tex-Mex dishes that are made fresh daily using authentic Mexican cooking techniques and locally sourced produce and dry ingredients.
