Paul W. Vernon and Sean Lockovich Represent The Toasted Yolk Café in Lease of New Restaurant in Spring, TX

(Spring, TX) Paul W. Vernon and Sean Lockovich of the Retail Division for Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented The Toasted Yolk Café in the lease of 5,066 square feet of restaurant space in the Imperial Oaks Shopping Center in Spring, TX. The Landlord was represented by Paul Hohl of Wulfe and Company. The former Pallotta’s space is currently under construction, and the Toasted Yolk Café hopes to open for business in October 2017.

The Toasted Yolk Café was established in the Houston area in 2010. Open for breakfast and lunch, the restaurant closes at 3 pm to ensure work/life balance for employees. The Toasted Yolk Café serves beer and wine, a unique offer among restaurants of its type, and is currently franchising throughout the state of Texas.
