Pace Communications Opens New Office in Dallas

DALLAS – – Jerry Averyt, Senior Vice President of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Office Division, recently represented Pace Communications in the lease of their new office space in Dallas, Texas.  Pace Communications leased approximately 3,400 square feet at 2811 McKinney Avenue from 2811 McKinney TT, LLC. This office site is located in the middle of the thriving Uptown area of Dallas and conveniently sits only minutes from Highway 75, I-35 and the Dallas North Tollway.  Blake Shipley and Ashley Curry of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord in this transaction.
