Office Leasing Division brokers the new headquarter lease for Dynatron

DALLAS, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Bill Knopick, Senior Vice President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office Project Leasing Division, recently brokered the transaction of an ±4,771 square foot office lease in Dallas, TX.  The office space is located at 5580 Peterson Lane within the Peterson Place Office Building.  It was leased by Dynatron Software, Inc., a Dallas-based business, who offers software solutions for automotive dealership service departments.  Peterson Place will be the new headquarters for Dynatron.  They will be relocating from their ± 3,200 square foot space at Valwood Parkway in Carrollton.  This ± 4,771 square foot office offers Dynatron an additional ± 1,600 square feet and an excellent North Dallas location.  Peterson Place is located in between Valley View Center and the Dallas Galleria and only minutes away from the intersection of Dallas North Tollway and LBJ Freeway.  Dynatron is set to occupy their new headquarter space on August 1, 2013.
