Greg Miller Named CEO & President of Henry S. Miller Cos.

The Henry S. Miller family of companies and their Chair, Mrs. Vance C. Miller (known as “Tincy”) are proud to announce their new Chief Executive Officer and President of Henry S. Miller Cos.; Mr. Gregory L. Miller. This announcement follows the untimely passing of Greg’s father and former CEO, Mr. Vance C. Miller. Acting Chair since Mr. Miller’s death, Mrs. Miller said, “Vance was committed to the continued success of the Henry S. Miller family of companies. The Miller company was founded on and continues to operate by providing the best in commercial real estate service and integrity. I am so very proud, as would Vance have been, to announce Greg as the new CEO and President of Henry S. Miller Cos. His experience, professionalism, respect for others and motivation to grow the company are all aspects that will guide Henry S. As Greg Miller assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer and President of Henry S. Miller Cos., Mrs. Miller will move into the position as Chair and will continue to aid in a number of the company’s decisions. Greg Miller has been with the Henry S. Miller Cos. for more than ten years. Prior to joining the family business, he practiced real estate law for eight years at the firm of Geary, Porter and Donovan, P.C. Greg has extensive working experience involving the acquisition, financing, development, lease and disposition of millions of commercial real estate square feet. As former President of Miller Realty Investment Partners and HSM Equity Partners, Greg supervised the acquisition and structuring of commercial real estate transactions for the Henry S. Miller investment portfolio including: office, multifamily, retail, hotel and industrial properties throughout the DFW area, Texas and United States. Greg not only has the experience to continue growing the Miller commercial real estate business; he also has the respect and support from all other division leaders at the Henry S.
