New Development coming to Grand Prairie as New Service Road Prompts Developer to Purchase 12.9 Acre Site
(Grand Prairie, TX) With negotiations facilitated by Bill Bledsoe of Henry S. Miller, a local developer plans retail pad sites and commercial development. Construction is already underway for service roads along the north and south of Interstate 30W (Tom Landry Freeway) in Grand Prairie at Belt Line Road. “We believe with construction of the new service roads comes opportunity for retail pad site and commercial development along the busy I-30W corridor that connects Dallas and Arlington,” said Purchaser Dr. Abdul Khan.
The approximately 12.9 acre site is adjacent to the existing Grand Prairie Ford. Development plans outline additional cross access through the site that will eventually connect the interior development to Palace Parkway, which runs parallel to I-30W, and along the northern border of the property. Within less than 1.5 miles of the site are multiple destination venues such as the 6,000 seat Verizon Theatre, and Lone Star Park Horse Racing and Entertainment destination.
Bill Bledsoe with Henry S. Miller brokered the sale.
