WYLIE, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Tom Grunnah, Senior Vice President, and Associate Kyle Ward, of the Dallas-Fort Worth Investments-Land Division, recently represented LMB Partnership, LLC in the disposition of ±2 acres in Wylie, Texas.  Located at the Northeast quadrant of FM 544 and Westgate Way, Cross Development Wylie, LLC purchased the land for the development of a new Caliber Collision Auto Body repair shop. from LMB Partnership, Ltd. Immediately adjacent to Chili’s, Arby’s and other retail establishments along the main commercial corridor in central Wylie.
