MYCON General Contractors, Inc Purchase ±46,000 SF Building in Dallas

DALLAS – – Jim Turano, Executive Vice President of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Office Division, recently represented Park Tree North Ltd in the sale of their approximately 46,000 square foot building in Dallas.  The building is located at 17311 Dallas Parkway, just south of Trinity Mills Road.  MYCON General Contractors, Inc purchased the office building with plans to remodel and use for their new headquarters.  Nora Hogan of Transwestern represented the buyer in this transaction.
