BBC Motorsports & Toyota of Dallas to expand

DALLAS, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s resident automotive real estate specialist, Bill Bledsoe, recently arranged the expansions for both BBC Motorsports and Toyota of Dallas. Both transactions involved well-know DFW automotive dealers, representing two very different real estate needs.

In early January, Bill represented Toyota of Dallas with the acquisition of the Vonco Medical building at 11480 Anahiem Drive in Dallas. Toyota of Dallas is located in the SEQ of LBJ Freeway (I-635) and Interstate 35; the dealership needed to expand their body shop operations and came to Bill for assistance. The Vonco Medical warehouse is located immediately south of the Toyota dealership. Toyota of Dallas purchased a total of 2.03 acres, including an existing 33,493 square foot warehouse. Toyota of Dallas has plans to expand their body shop operations at the new site.

In the second transaction, Bill was enlisted to help BBC Motorsports double their Dallas headquarters facility. BBC Motorsports needed to accommodate the explosive growth of their wholesale and retail internet-based automotive operations. Currently located in a 70,000-plus square foot warehouse at 1320 Chemical Street in Dallas, Bill was able to negotiate terms with the property owner and execute a lease for approximately 59,425 square feet. The BBC Motorpsorts Showroom will now occupy almost 75% of the warehouse.
