Marina Seafood Kitchen opens at Park on Fuqua SC

HOUSTON, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage retail specialists Shawn Ackerman, President, and AVP Jason Du, of the Greater Houston Retail Division, recently represented the owners of Marina Seafood Kitchen in the lease for their new restaurant at the Park on Fuqua shopping center. Marina Seafood Kitchen will be replacing the former Vietnamese Restaurant. The space is approximately 1,993 square feet and will need to undergo improvements to accommodate the restaurant. Currently the space is being readied for the new seafood restaurant; they are to tentatively open this fall. Representing the Park on Fuqua shopping center in this transaction was Christian Barraza of Red Oak Commercial.
