Miller represents seller in the disposition of prominent Frisco land

FRISCO, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Lane Kommer, Associate of the Investments-Land Division in Dallas-Fort Worth, recently represented the seller in the disposition of two land parcels in Frisco, Texas.  Located at the intersection of Technology Drive and John W. Elliott Drive, the properties are both  within walking distance to the FC Dallas Soccer Complex, The Fieldhouse Indoor Sports Center, Gymnastics Center and a variety of area restaurant and shopping destinations in Downtown Frisco.  The two parcels make up a total of approximately 8.5 acres, with one parcel being ±6 acres and the other ±2.5 acres.  At this time, the buyer has no immediate plans to develop the land, however the buyer sees the potential for flex office/warehouse development in the future.
