±25,000 sf building sells in Forney

FORNEY, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Jerry Averyt, Senior Vice President, and Greg Trout, President, of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office/Industrial Division recently represented First State Bank of Mesquite in the sale of their industrial property in Forney, Texas.  The ±25,000 square foot building on ±1.25 acres of land will be the new home of Willard Heat and AC. Willard, an air condition and heating equipment and service company, is relocating to the Forney building, located at 207 E. Hwy 80. They will be moving from their current, smaller facility in Forney.  Stephen Cooper from NAI Robert Lynn represented Willard Heat and AC in the transaction.
