FORT WORTH, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Max Lindsay, Vice President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Land Division, and Ray Utley, of A. Ray Utley & Company, recently represented YA Spring Magnolia Land Holdings, LLC. in the disposition of their ±23.411 acres in Fort Worth.  Located at North Boat Club Road, this vacant land was purchased by Fort Worth’s Boat Club Land, Inc.  This land will be used for single family development and will be combined with two other tracts of land for the development.
