DALLAS, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Jim Turano, Executive Vice President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Office/Industrial Division, recently represented the owner of St. Francis Place in the disposition of their 6,950 square foot office building in East Dallas.  St. Francis Place is a two-story building that was built in 1985 and is situated on ±20,334 square feet of land; an ideal location for small to medium office tenants. Located at 3465 Highland Road, the St. Francis Place office building was acquired by MainSale Homes, Inc.  The building currently contains two office tenants who occupy approximately 50% of the building; MainSale plans to lease out the remaining vacant space of the building. St. Francis Place offers an excellent location just seconds from Interstate 30 featuring high traffic counts and excellent visibility. The property had recently gone into foreclosure through the U.S. Bank National Association; Tranzon Auction Company represented the bank in the sale.
