Miller renews multiple leases at Williams Trace SC

HOUSTON, TX – – Williams Trace Shopping Center leasing team, Shawn Ackerman, President, and Jason Du, Assistant Vice President of the Henry S. Miller Brokerage Greater Houston Retail Division, recently renewed the leases for four tenants. Petco, Los Tios, Beau Ideals and Fancy Salon have all renewed their leases with landlord HSMEP Williams Trace LP.
Williams Trace Shopping Center is a premier retail destination located at the SEC of State Highway 6 South and Williams Trace Boulevard. The community retail center features a variety of well known national retailers, two complete phases, and a recently renovated Randall’s Grocer anchor. It is a notable retail location in the Sugar Land community of Houston, Texas and it is currently over 90% occupied. Recently leasing agents Ackerman and Du have noticed an increase in leasing and renewal activity at the center after the closing of neighborhood Kroger and Welfarm Grocery Stores.
