Miller leasing team brokers new lease of tailor at Kingwood SC

HOUSTON, TX – – Kingwood Shopping Center Leasing Team, Shawn Ackerman, President, Jason Du, Assistant Vice President, and Cyrus Chen, Associate, of the Henry S. Miller Brokerage Greater Houston Retail Division, recently brokered the lease of a ±1,000 square foot site in Houston.  Located at the intersection of Kingwood Drive and Chestnut Ridge, this site will house the new location of Binh’s Tailor.  The site was leased by Binh’s Tailor from Henry S. Miller Kingwood S/C Partners, L.P.  This clothing alteration store is already open for business.
