PLANO, TX – – Henry S. Miller Brokerage Automotive Real Estate specialist, Bill Bledsoe, recently arranged the acquisition of approximately 4.48 acres in Plano for buyer, The Van Tuyl Group. Located at 300 Lexington Drive, this former Toys R Us site sits adjacent to Plano’s Crest Cadillac & Infiniti dealership. In addition to the approximately five acres of land, 300 Lexington includes a ±46,502 square foot ‘big box’ retail building.
