Miller Brokerage awarded large investment portfolio assignment in Midland/Odessa

DALLAS – – Henry S. Miller’s Jerry Averyt, Senior Vice President in the Brokerage Division and Mark O’Briant, MAI, CRE, President of the Consulting Division, along with Audra Smolinski, an independent agent, recently obtained the exclusive listing assignment for approximately 50 improved properties located throughout the Midland/Odessa Region. This opportunity was awarded to the Miller team based on the name recognition, quality reputation, and tenure of the company, accompanied by Mrs. Smolinski who has a personal relationship with the owner.  The team collectively has over 50 years of experience with investment oriented properties.
Most of the properties are industrial facilities leased on a NNN basis to individual tenants servicing the Oil Industry and have various lease terms and tenure.  The properties can be viewed as one large portfolio or grouped into smaller portfolios.  “We are eager to bring these properties to the market and believe they provide a good investment opportunity to a variety of buyers/investors” said Averyt.
